Low-cost PCB design and manufacturing
Our company offers PCB design and manufacturing. We focus on low-cost segment
while applying our long-term practical experience with designing boards at
varying levels of complexity.
We prefer to create PCB design and manufacture the board in company within
your local region. This saves unnecessary costs for transportation and
duty taxes. We can find such company in your region on our own, or you can
provide contact of your selection. We can also manufacture the board
in Czech Republic and send it to you directly.
We can process practically any input, including incomplete drafts. It's
necessary to deliver list of used material, draft of resulting board
shape and current and voltage loadings.
Designs for manufacturing are delivered in Gerber and Excellon file formats.
We can also deliver positive or negative film for manufacturing
using classic photocopy method (either upscaled or 1:1).
Characteristics
• parts can be aligned at any angle
• number of layers can be from 1 to 16 (2, 4 and 8 are preferred)
• vias through/blind/buried
Price list
Price for design is derived from number of used pins as shown on the table below. Count
between is linearly proportional. For 100 pins and more 30% payment in advance
is required. Price for manufacturing is dependant on selected manufacturer and will
be presented to you after inquiry (price is based on board size and manufacturing parameters).
